Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, has a clear production or printing error, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email 7000footfaith@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem. Once the issue is verified, you may choose a replacement at no cost or a refund to your original payment method.

If we need the item returned, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please do not mail an item back before contacting us.
