Welcome to 7000 Foot Faith. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (http://7000footfaith.com) and the purchase of our products.
By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. Products and Orders
All products are made to order using premium print-on-demand technology. Each item is custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Refunds and Replacements
We only accept claims for damaged items or clear printing errors. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds or store credit.
Normal variations in print placement, slight color differences due to screen settings, or minor wear after use do not qualify for replacement.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through Shopify. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once the order ships, tracking is provided where available.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on this site (including the Mountain Sunrise graphic, “7000 Foot Faith” branding, and related imagery) are the intellectual property of 7000 Foot Faith under LGND LIFE LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, defame, or cause harm. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7000 Foot Faith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
