Refund policy

At 7000 Foot Faith, all products are made to order using premium print-on-demand technology. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions We will accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged (torn, heavily stained, or defective)
• There is a clear manufacturing or printing error

How to Request a Replacement

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@lgnd.life
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
• The item must be unworn with original tags (if applicable)

Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
