Apparel is eligible for one free size replacement under our Returns, Size Replacements, and Refunds Policy. Changes of mind and changes to a preferred color or design are generally not eligible for a return or refund.

Our Returns, Size Replacements, and Refunds Policy explains the 14-day apparel size replacement, the 30-day window for damage, defects, wrong items and lost packages, and how to request help. Approved problems with the item or order qualify for a replacement or refund as described there. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
